  Hong Kong Link Road
  The Hong Kong Link Road (HKLR) is a connection between the Main Bridge of the Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge (HZMB) and the proposed Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities (HKBCF).

The scope of the project involves the construction of the HKLR, which is a dual three-lane road of about 12 kilometres (km) connecting the HZMB Main Bridge at the HKSAR boundary with the proposed HKBCF at the north-eastern side of the Airport Island.It involves tunnels, at-grade roads, seawall and reclamation, and associated facilities.
 
 
  Scope
  The project includes a dual 3﹣lane carriageway highway connecting the HZMB Main Bridge at the HKSAR boundary with the HKBCF; and the associated civil, structural, geotechnical, marine, environmental protection, landscaping and drainage works, street lighting, traffic aids (including sign gantries), fire hydrants, traffic control and surveillance system and E&M works.

The HKLR comprises a 9.4km long viaduct section going from the HKSAR boundary to Scenic Hill on the Airport Island; follow by a 1km tunnel section to the reclamation formed along the east coast of the Airport Island and a 1.6km long at﹣grade road section on the reclamation connecting to the HKBCF.

The tunnel section of HKLR will pass under Scenic Hill, Airport Road and Airport Railway to minimize the environmental and visual impacts to Tung Chung residents.

  Cost
  The Legislative Council Finance Committee has approved a funding of $25,047.2 million (in MOD prices) for detailed design and construction of the HZMB HKLR.  
 
  Current Situation
 

Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road was opened to the public on 24 October 2018
